SING WITH CHEFS

it was great night for sl staff,because staff party.

call by PINK ME WHITE .everybody cover with pink and white dress.party was two section.first one start from 3 .oo o'clock until 6.00 o clock.then there is Raffles , 30 second talent show,fashion show and live band show.when we talk about our home band there is something special write to you.what is that?it is ,there is five chefs inside the band sing that night .three chefs they play with some instruments and other two was signing with them.chef RO ,,playin drum..chef SHA.bass guiter...PR.. drum pad.we have to talk our best two singers.one is proportional there is no comments.coz why, she have such a good and great voice.as i know she start to sing when she was ten years in her country and today she have one CD with 16 songs.chef DAR...one of my friends who work with me same outlet in SL around six month.he have good knowledge about music and some instruments.he also have good voice and it is very sharp.as i know, he like to sing love song,but i don't know what the reason.you can see some of picture from that colourful night,there is these chefs you can see also.

BEET SALAD WITH PISTACHIO ,,,,,,

beet one of best taste vegetables.specially very famous in Asia.strong red colour taking the great look from the food .some time we using this beet for various marinating.like salmon fish.look nice and taste.now ,here we use beet for vegetarian starter in five course wedding menu.simple and tasteful.topped with wild arugula lettuce and pistachio dressing.boil or roasted beet normally we use for salad.now baby beet very famous among chefs for there main course.beet caviar,beet carpachio,beet reduction,beet tapanade,glazed beet some of them.

these chefs did great job in junior chef competition 2007 in Dubai.winning 5 gold,2 silver ,2 best in class and chef of the year.over role more than 12 medales.as a team we the best group 2007CHEFcompetition..chef .RE..chef..RO .,these two person was our shadow in comp....2007.these four chefs , everyday more than 14 hours was in hot,,.coz of they know they have to be hero in cope,,.2007 .they did it.nothing wrong with them .everything perfect.Weldon,,PR,,SMI,,ATF AND TU..and forgive me i write to my web about you guys without permission,sorrrrryyyyy

scallops in ginger sauce,batter fried stowberry.this is the one of best seafood dish in dubai 2005.my chef call by AD,,,who with pantastic ideaes with me in this seafood resturent in sl .he was great for delight the gest.any ocation he can do food for them.in that case he is best in my hotel life.even gest they are very happy and they always came to see him.anyway now he doing great job in his new plase,gooluck chef,,,,

it was great dish..stuff summer salmon with Japanese artichoke,Romanesque in orange and saffron form..it was the best hot starter in the junior chef of the year 2007 in Dubai. chef roshan from sl one of best chef who have great ideas about food as well competition in his chef life.resalt of that winning four gold and one silver medals in gulf food competition 2007 in dubai.as a sou chef he doing his great job in sl aswell for his staff.as i know his eyes always for nice presentation.doing simple things but look always great,,

she is my best friend call by SMI....this is the great moment in her carer,wining gold medal and best in class 2007 joiner chef competition in Dubai can say ,this the beginning of her golden carer. it was great for me .as a friend i sow its was great evening and bring the happiness to her face which was lost during the practise.as i know ,her hand full of taste and arts.this is the secrete of great chef.new idea's,nice presentation,fantastic taste with this joiner,,so ,i really happy to write these things about my friend to my blog,as she doesn't know,,go ahead ..best of luck..SMI..
